GE Appliances is looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer to partner with Technical and Solution Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet stakeholder needs, specifically within the Salesforce Field Service application.
Requirements
- 3 years of Salesforce Field Service technical architecture experience
- 5 years of Salesforce Field Service development experience in a Service Cloud environment
- Must have one of the below: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Architect, or other relevant Salesforce certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Develop custom Field Service Lightning (FSL) extensions and other applications using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce tools
- Leverage third-party integrations (via MuleSoft) to connect data sources
- Additional Salesforce certifications
Responsibilities
- Meet with stakeholders to review and document proposed solutions in Jira and Confluence
- Map data flows, automations, and transformations
- Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to finalize proposed solutions
- Identify required creation or modification of system integrations
- Develop custom Field Service Lightning (FSL) extensions and other applications using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce tools
- Leverage third-party integrations (via MuleSoft) to connect data sources
- Provide technical clarity and guidance to junior developers
Other
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work full time US EST hours.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical field
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
