Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Application Architect.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to meet business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange products.
- Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews and refactoring to maintain system health.
