Steampunk is looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform, develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements.

Requirements

  • Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
  • Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic content, personalization, and automation of campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration and management between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, including SQL queries, Data Extensions, and API integration
  • Experience with journey orchestration, segmentation strategies, and campaign performance optimization to support marketing automation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application
  • Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
  • Perform Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development
  • Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
  • Implement App Exchange platforms

Other

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of work experience
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearance
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Teams, face-to-face)
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
