Schwab is looking to transform the finance industry by challenging the status quo and innovating through technology. The CRM (Salesforce) team within Wealth Asset Management Engineering (WAME) is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to build high-quality systems and drive solutions through automation for their Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience with test automation tools & frameworks such as ACCELQ, Provar, Python, Selenium or REST Assured (or comparable framework) and associated reporting tools.
• 5-10 years of experience using Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Product knowledge and practical testing experience with Sales & Service Cloud.
• 5-10 years of programming knowledge and experience in Object Oriented languages (Java or C).

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using automated tools to ensure the quality of the application.
• Ability to define comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Build test plans, test cases and test data in accordance with project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
• Ability to work independently and to effectively interact and collaborate with all types of stakeholders, both technical and business, peers, and management
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions when tools don’t work.
• Financial industry and/or asset management knowledge
