Qualtrics needs to build smarter systems within the Salesforce platform to enable employees to focus on meaningful work and to facilitate the company's scaling by improving quoting tools and sales processes, retaining customers through predictive modeling, and facilitating data collection for executives.
Requirements
- Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred.
- Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1, etc.).
- Experience successfully working along side other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment.
- Code for the platform using a variety of languages including JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL.

- Identify and reduce system technical debt.
- Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and helping to ensure a successful deployment.
- Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design.
- Build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set the standard for system architecture and design.
