Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is looking to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation across finance, supply chain, and IT operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- 5+ years experience working with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) and integration points
- 5+ years experience with SAP S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and modern ABAP development technique
- SAP certification in ABAP or related modules
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, OData services, and SAP Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP
- Implement user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and other SAP enhancement techniques to meet client-specific requirements
- Develop and optimize ABAP programs for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrate SAP with external systems using RFC, IDoc, OData, and other integration technologies
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and leverage modern ABAP features (e.g., CDS views, AMDP, ABAP on HANA)
- Stay up-to-date with SAP ABAP best practices, new features, and industry trends

- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members
