Norfolk Southern is looking to deliver high-value, enterprise-wide solutions that support the reliability and performance of their physical assets using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Requirements
- 3–7 years of SAP PM implementation experience, including at least two full lifecycle projects.
- 3+ years of experience with SAP functional specifications and RICEFW development.
- Strong understanding of SAP PM integration with MM/IM, FI, and HR modules.
- Experience with Fiori-based SAP applications and data migration tools.
- Experience with S/4HANA or SAP Cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with HP ALM or Quality Center.
- Understanding of integration technologies (IDOCs, BAPIs, RESTful APIs, PI/PO)
Responsibilities
- Lead the EAM workstream in project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Collaborate with IT product managers and business stakeholders to assess and improve current processes.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solution designs aligned with industry best practices.
- Configure SAP PM modules including equipment hierarchies, measurement points, work orders, and settlements.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate testing and integration.
- Support data mapping and conversion using SAP migration tools.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.

- Bachelor's degree is required and majors in computer science, computer information systems, or related technology field is preferred.
