Requirements
- Proven expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP PM, including equipment master data, maintenance planning, and notification management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA brownfield/greenfield migration projects, particularly around PM data migration and process re-engineering.
- Proficient in SAP cross-module integration and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with IoT-enabled maintenance solutions.
- Experience with condition-based monitoring systems and data-driven maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advisor for SAP PM, delivering in-depth support and consultation for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
- Lead the configuration and customization of the SAP PM module, tailoring it to meet organizational maintenance and asset management needs.
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline maintenance workflows, ensuring compliance with operational goals and industry best practices.
- Design, test, and implement SAP PM solutions, including work order management, equipment tracking, and plant maintenance scheduling.
- Contribute to SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration efforts, focusing on data conversion, integration, and system alignment for maintenance operations.
- Ensure seamless interaction between SAP PM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, and SD) while collaborating with external application teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAP PM implementations, recommending improvements to ensure operational efficiency.

- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support for business users to enhance proficiency in SAP PM functionalities and processes.
