Our company is seeking to provide data analytics solutions for real-world tasks, with a focus on complex data types such as histology images, signals, and text, utilizing modern statistical and AI/ML methods to enable the discovery, development, regulatory approval, manufacturing, and marketing of medical drugs and vaccines.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with analyzing complex data types such as histology images
  • Solid knowledge of AI/Machine Learning and statistical principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated strong programming skills, particularly in Python and R languages.
  • Demonstrated interest in methodology research and the application of novel methods to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data analytics solutions for real-world tasks, with a focus on complex data types such as histology mages, signals, and text.
  • Utilize modern statistical and AI/ML methods, including deep learning and generative AI.
  • Apply sound scientific principles and data analytic methods to Pharmaceutical Research and Development (R&D) projects.
  • Implement and apply machine learning and statistical analysis pipelines for complex data types such as digital pathology images
  • Serve as data analytic representative in cross-functional teams for pharmaceutical R&D.
  • Identify potential data and data-analysis related problems, propose solutions, and implement them.
  • Engage in AI/ML and statistical methodology research.

  • Understand customer requests and effectively communicate analysis results to customers.
  • Collaborate with people from diverse background and expertise, including research scientists, clinical scientists, regulatory experts, IT specialists, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to different phase of pharmaceutical R&D projects.
  • Analyzes data and interpret results.
  • Communicate analysis results effectively to audience with diverse background and expertise through both oral presentations and written reports.
  • Provide responses to data and analysis related queries from research scientists, clinical scientists, and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn, be proactive and motivated, and consistently focus on details and prompt execution.
  • Ability to collaborate with scientists and work effectively on multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Data Science/Computer Science or related disciplines. OR Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
