Concentrix is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform to solve business problems, manage workflows, and enhance enterprise services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Advanced skills in database structures and design.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, including REST and SOAP.
- Strong User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) design and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and other platform capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with ServiceNow Design and Development Best Practices
- Document application architecture, workflows, and customizations
- Deliver solutions via Agile Scrum SDLC.
