The company is looking to optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows according to business requirements and ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a large-scale environment.
- Solid understanding of ITSM; knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, and SecOps is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of database design schemes and data modeling (nice to have).
- Experience in Service Portal development (nice to have).
- ITIL V3 Certification (nice to have).
- ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications) (nice to have).
- Familiarity with support and maintenance activities (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Analyze and optimize ITSM and other ServiceNow processes (e.g., ITOM, CSM, SecOps) to align with industry best practices.
- Perform system integrations, data migrations, and ensure seamless platform performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing for internal teams.

- English B2+ level or higher.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (nice to have).
