Accenture Federal Services is looking to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency to enhance their capabilities, resources, and experience in project execution, aiming to drive positive change and advance government missions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified System Administrator (must be current)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps principles
- Experience with RMF and federal software accreditation processes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and scoped applications
- Design, code, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and module deployments
- Perform code reviews, define development standards, and enforce security best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure stability and performance
- Maintain strict compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other federal security frameworks
Other
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes in a cross-functional agile team
- Author technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders
- Support software accreditation and maintain application integrity
- Proven leadership in technical teams, including mentoring, code reviews, and performance feedback
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
