EPAM is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, support CSM implementations, and explore advanced capabilities like NowAssist and AgentAI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations
- Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards
- Certified application developer
- Experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
- Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
- Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
- Explore and implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
