CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Development Team on the All Spark program to support their client with the design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Extensive development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Graphics design or UX/UI design experience.
- Experience in HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting
- Other web based development experience using Angular, React and/or Python
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, custom application development, etc.
- You will be responsible for helping to develop code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code, and help to build the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and API.
- Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
- Plans for data ingestion from different legacy sources, makes design decisions on that data, and works to reconcile data based on the chosen authoritative source.
- Revolutionize and reimagine ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation by leveraging customizations, widget capabilities.

- An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Security+ certified or the ability to obtain certification within 3 months of start date
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field 7 years of related experience; or a Master’s with 5 years of experience; an Associates with 9 years of experience. A minimum of 7 years' technical experience.
- Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
