Cedars-Sinai's Enterprise Information Services (EIS) team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions that support business objectives while ensuring efficient performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform, contributing to clinical transformation and optimization.
Requirements
- Five (5) plus years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like Integration Hub.
- Solid grasp with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- ServiceNow certification, preferred.
- ITIL certification, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, business rules, workflows, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and module deployments.
- Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and collaborators to gather and analyze requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver incremental improvements.
