Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking to design, develop & deploy ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, & integrations, while collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring secure & efficient code migration within a complex software development environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing Service Catalog items and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) preferred
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within six months
Responsibilities
- Develop and Enhance ServiceNow Solutions
- Build and improve applications using core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows and service catalog items.
- Custom Development and Integration
- Perform custom scripting and integrate third-party tools to meet client-specific requirements.
- Testing and Deployment
- Conduct unit testing, resolve code defects, and migrate changes to production environments.
- Technical Design and Documentation
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of software development experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years on large, complex projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and collaborate effectively
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required
- 100% full onsite presence
