The company is looking to solve the problem of developing and customizing SharePoint sites to meet specific business requirements, and is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to fill this role in Columbia, South Carolina.
Requirements
- At least 10 years SharePoint development experience, including proficiency in SharePoint online and Office 365
- 4+ years of experience with Power suite expertise, including power automate and PowerBI
- 4+ years of expertise in programming languages such as C-Sharp.Net, JavaScript, html, CSS, PowerShell, and JQuery or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of SharePoint customization, including customizing sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
- Experience with security and compliance standards related to SharePoint online
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) knowledge and skills
- Experience with Microsoft copilot integrations, M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development, and gamification principles
Responsibilities
- Customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet specific business requirements
- Designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365, including creating custom layouts, features, and functionalities
- Utilizing office 365 power suite (power automate, PowerBI) and add-ons
- Programming in languages such as C-Sharp.Net, JavaScript, html, CSS, PowerShell, and JQuery or similar frameworks
- Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and finding solutions to ensure the current/future development functions smoothly
- Designing and developing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)
- Ensuring security and compliance with best practices and standards related to SharePoint online
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science, information systems/technology management
- Candidate MUST be willing to relocate/commute to Columbia, SC prior to starting the role at their own expense
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in SharePoint development
- Must be willing to participate in a 1-round virtual/online interview process
- Certifications such as Microsoft certified: SharePoint online, Microsoft 365 certified: developer associate, or similar certifications are preferred
