Develop and deploy comprehensive test solutions for high volume manufacturing of custom silicon solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with VLSI technologies, product and test engineering, and semiconductor processing
- Experience with ATE or System-Level testings using AdvanTest or UFlex systems
- Experience with design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG and memory BIST
- Experience with testing sensors such as PVT sensors, Temp sensors, etc.
- Experience with advanced packaging (e.g., 2.5d and InFo)
- Experience with PCIe, DDR and Mixed-Signal circuits (e.g., ADC, DAC, PLL, LDO, and their performance measurements)
- Experience with ML-based statistical automation to improve test cost, coverage, and quality in the Semiconductor Industry
Responsibilities
- Perform SoC product specifications and DFT architecture reviews
- Generate NPI characterization, test, and manufacturing plans
- Support test hardware design requirements
- Perform package level bring-ups and trouble-shoot different failure modes
- Perform IDS and Key KPI characterization and systems correlation
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, a related degree, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology development with vendors/suppliers
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, related degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
