PingWind is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet organizational needs and are scalable, secure, and aligned with business or mission requirements.
Requirements
- DoD 8140 Certification
- Proven track record of leading development efforts on enterprise or mission-critical applications.
- Experience with secure coding standards and industry best practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and DevOps pipelines
- Experience with software architecture and design
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex software defects and performance issues
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with organizational needs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Apply secure coding standards and industry best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Lead development efforts on complex projects and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to shape technical direction.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience
- Top Secret clearance required
