OASYS, INC. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to contribute to a team developing software for models and simulations used for Cybersecurity and Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) training, addressing growing concerns of cyber security in highly networked weapon systems
Requirements
- Significant programming ability in C++, Python, and/or other equivalent languages
- S/W Engineering Development Life Cycle experience
- Experience with Agile process for code development
- Experience with C++ 14/17/20
- Experience with CMAKE
- Familiarity with Linux/POSIX platforms
- Familiarity with fundamental networking implementations and concepts, including basic LAN and WAN networking skills
Responsibilities
- Will help the team in working on customer-sponsored research and development projects developing defensive cyber security solutions for military weapon systems
- Developing simulations to emulate threat realistic CEMA environments
- Development of offensive and defensive cyber tools focused on Command and Control (C2) and Radar systems
- Researching current and future cyber security threats against military systems
- Provide mentorship to junior software developers
- Developing software for models and simulations used for Cybersecurity and Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) training
- Integration with other simulations and military systems
Other
- Candidate must be willing to travel approx. 5% each year if necessary (typically within the Continental United States)
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- An Active Clearance is highly desired
- 10+ years of professional experience with software development is preferred
