Suvoda is looking to hire a Software Development Group Lead to guide a team building clinical trial software that prioritizes patient safety and the integrity of study data.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C/ .Net (asp.net core/ asp.net MVC) and SQL and its related technologies ( with focus on backend development), and solid understanding of its inner-workings
- Deep understanding of programming principles
- Ability to design, develop, and support software modules with medium to high complexity
- 6+ years of experience in C/ .Net software development
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership
- Demonstrated technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
- Review product requirements and verify that all requirements can be implemented
- Assist with the creation of technical design and implementation documentation
- Design and code software applications and fix defects
- Provide unit testing coverage for delivered code
- Manage software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation
- Assist support team with troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
Other
- Manage a group of developers
- Oversee and coordinate all development tasks of the group
- Serve as main point of contact for all development-related requests and questions for the group
- Provide continued mentorship and support for group members
- Work with the group to provide task estimates
