COUNTRY Financial is seeking to enhance its Commercial & Agribusiness Insurance Solution Delivery team to support the production Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system and implement additional commercial lines and agribusiness lines of business on PolicyCenter.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter production claims system
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.
• Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards.
• Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
• Implements software solutions following best practices.

• Base Pay Range: $112,800-$155,100
• Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
