Requirements
- Expertise in creating and maintaining enterprise level integrations layer with APIs, microservices and data pipelines
- Experience with HR Domain
- Expertise in micro-services, integrations, APIs and data as a service development
- Database: MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle
- API protocols: GraphQL, REST
- Backends: Java (SprintBoot), Python, Golang
- Experience with GenAI, Agentic Coding and Prompt Engineering
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a wide range of web applications, custom development, APIs and data as a service on technology stack like Java, Elastic, Kafka, Mulesoft, MongoDB, Oracle both On-prem and in Cloud
- Work closely with HR Partners to gather and analyze requirements for business needs
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to see opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Build detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Build, test, deploy and maintain various applications supporting business processes and ensure data integrity within applications
- Proactively find opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Stay informed about industry standard methodologies and technological advancements to contribute to the evolution of the application engineering process
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer in an application engineering or software development environment
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile and/or Scrum teams
- Demonstrated ability to engage with business stakeholders and familiarity with market trends relevant to HR technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
