Celestar Corporation is seeking Senior Software Developers and Web Master Team Support to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in website coding, basic graphics techniques, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Java, Java Applets, and JavaScript,
- Must be Security Plus certified,
- Must be qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II.
- Possess a minimum certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Should be skilled in data visualization and use of graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau; major data science languages, such as R and Python; managing and merging of disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL; statistical analysis; and data mining algorithms.
- Should have prior experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics.
- Design and implement solutions utilizing expert-level knowledge of AWS services including but not limited to: Identity and Access Management (IAM), compute (Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2), Lambda, API Gateway etc.), network (VPC, subnets, network security, etc.), database services (RDS) and CloudFormation.
Responsibilities
- Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, and uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions.
- Proactively retrieves information from various sources, analyzes it for better understanding about the data set, and builds AI tools that automate certain processes.
- Performs statistical analysis, applies data mining techniques, and builds high quality prediction systems.
- Lead the migration effort from traditional servers to AWS, ensuring seamless integration, minimal downtime and cost optimization.
- Design and implement overall secure, scalable, and efficient cloud architectures utilizing a wide breadth of AWS services and best practices.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and boto3 to streamline cloud management and deployment.
- Perform web-based database design, implementation, and maintenance for the CI Common Operating Picture (COP) and the intelligence web pages.

- Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
