LVT is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Software Quality team to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of their software products.
Requirements
- Proficiency in languages such as Python
- 5-7 years of experience with Linux systems
- 5-7 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
- 5-7 years of experience with software architecture, development, and release management
- 5-7 years of test framework (Pytest) experience
- 7+ years of agile development
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrations with testing frameworks (Github Actions)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for the Edge.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Implement and enforce test automation best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimize test automation scripts for performance, reliability, and scalability.
