Galileo is looking for software engineers to help build payment systems at scale and enable companies to provide seamless card issuing and digital banking experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrable programming experience, ideally on a modern stack
- Some exposure to database and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience or demonstrable equivalent, including school projects or internships
Responsibilities
- Implement and support highly available and scalable services in a production environment that impacts millions of individuals
- Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
- Generate ideas for process improvement, initiatives, and new technologies
- Communicate and collaborate with project leads, product managers and other software developers
- Develop and test systems and services
- Squash bugs, test and deploy, monitor and support mission critical systems
- Work on hyper scale modern payment technology
