PublicSquare is looking to deliver high-quality consumer-facing web applications and 3rd party integrations for end users to use to delight merchant customers.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Javascript, Typescript, PHP or relevant language
- Proficiency with React, NextJS, or Remix
- Experience building and delivering cloud applications through CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building, deploying and maintaining integrations (plugins) for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
- Experience building consumer-facing software that consumes RESTful interfaces
- Experience building automated tests of any kind
- Experience with payments processing API
Responsibilities
- Helping design, develop and deliver high quality solutions for merchant customers that their end users will love
- Maintaining and providing efficient support of existing solutions already used by merchant customers
- Contributing to the continued evolution of engineering standards within the team
- Writing and maintaining developer documentation
- Constantly looking for opportunities to automate and improve aspects of the product and engineering processes
- Helping grow and develop fellow engineers on the product
- Working closely with business stakeholders to define and align on product requirements and roadmaps

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
