Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in designing, building, and scaling services, especially using cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience designing and operating large scale, distributed systems and platform services like auth and email.
- Ability to write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Drive developer productivity through shared libraries, internal tools, and platform services.
- Design and build secure, reliable, and scalable systems with a focus on user and customer needs.
- Write clean, well-tested code that is easy to maintain and enables easy observability.
- Hold high standards for code quality through code reviews and efficient processes.
- Mentor other engineers and elevate productivity of the engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define and hold a high standard of engineering excellence.
- Take ownership of the service lifecycle—from architecture through deployment and support.
