Mercer Advisors is looking to develop information systems by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and supporting and developing the software team. The Senior Software Engineer will lead a team of developers responsible for building new and supporting existing websites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT application system experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with .NET
- 1+ years of experience working and developing with JavaScript and/or Node.JS.
- 1+ years of experience working with Angular or React
- 3+ years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with Unqork or other low code platforms
- Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop information systems by studying operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions; support and develop software team.
- Lead a team of developers responsible for building new and support existing websites.
- Configuring, coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation.
- Technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
- Instructing, directing, and checking the work of other technical team members.
- Developing front-end portals, and back-end console development.
- Experience with programming languages and databases specifically Unqork configuration and development.

- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills.
