T-Rex Solutions is looking for a Senior Software Engineer 4 to support critical national security infrastructure by providing development and production support for the AdmitIT product in support of the Zero Trust architecture.
Requirements
- 5 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
- Experience with PKI
- Understanding of scalability and high-availability strategies with deployments across multiple service centers (e.g., availability zones)
- Experience with SW development methodologies
- Knowledge of application and security testing, vulnerability management and tracking
- Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
Responsibilities
- The Software Engineer will be responsible for building, managing, and automating configurable AdmitIT/ICAM product installations for DoD customers.
- The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
- Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
- Resolves software problem reports.
- Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
- Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
