Requirements
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 3+ years of experiences with AI/ML technologies
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
- A proven track record of shipping high quality products or solutions
- Experiences in building, evaluating and optimizing AI models and solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, production-grade AI solutions integrate with IcM eco systems and experiences
- Optimize AI solution performance for real-time inference and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, test and ship new features
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
- Embody our culture and values
Other
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
