FishEye Software is seeking Software Engineers to design, develop, test, and integrate advanced radar software solutions for key defense programs and next-generation radar technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Ada programming within Linux environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in radar systems software development and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, including hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and version control tools such as ClearCase, SVN, Bitbucket and Git.
- Experience scripting in Perl and Python.
- Familiarity with missile defense systems and large-scale radar deployments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and design to integration, verification, and field support-within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Develop and maintain radar software that supports real-time operations on embedded platforms.
- Apply your knowledge of DevSecOps practices to support continuous integration, delivery, and security throughout the development process.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and other stakeholders to deliver robust, mission-critical radar systems that enhance national defense capabilities.

- Active DOD Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years' relevant software development experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
- US Citizenship is required.
