Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing loosely coupled, componentized, and unit-tested software.
  • 3+ years of experience with software validation and automated monitoring skills.
  • 2+ years in AI/ML or agentic systems
  • Proficiency in Python, C, and TypeScript
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and orchestration tools like Autogen
  • Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), vector databases, and RAG (Rectrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered multi-agent systems.
  • Architect intelligent, secure, and scalable agent-based platforms that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Microsoft Graph ecosystem.
  • Build scalable, secure, and compliant agentic systems that extend the reach of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Define the technical foundation for partner extensibility and ensure the architecture supports rapid innovation and enterprise-grade performance.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and compliant multi-agent systems using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and Microsoft’s AI stack.
  • Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and internal APIs to enable cross-system intelligence and automation.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards for agent interoperability, real-time processing, and fault tolerance.

Other

  • Experience, ability, and willingness to work collaboratively and independently with others on the implementation of large, distributed systems
  • Strong grasp of security, compliance, and data governance in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 extensibility, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Graph API (Application Programming Interface)
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent coordination protocols
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic frameworks
