Wells Fargo’s Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations Technology Team is seeking to deliver stable, secure, scalable, container-based technologies and innovative services to improve effectiveness and efficiencies for Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations throughout the enterprise.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience in Application Development in Java.
- 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot.
- 2 +years of experience in Kafka.
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud Implementation (Azure, Kubernetes, Google, or PCF)
- 3+ years of experience in Data Base Technologies such as Oracle or Mongo DB.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile working environment such as Scrum or Kanban.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge around microservice and container-based solutions while leveraging domain driven design principles and development driven testing.
- Lead and drive others across the team to effectively deliver and transform the way solutions are delivered across the enterprise.
- Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
- Ensure solutions are engineered to increase resiliency, operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk.
- Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
- Enforce the adoption and implementation of modern design principles, standards and companywide best practices for engineering and implementing large-scale technology solutions.
- Leverage your understanding of industry best practices and new technologies to influence and lead technology teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
