Odyssey Systems is looking to solve the business problem of providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) in delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network
Requirements
- Broad theoretical and practical knowledge of system engineering
- Experience with DoD acquisition and sustainment engineering processes
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with modeling/simulation to optimize performance
- Familiarity with DoD/AF policies and procedures
- Experience with system architecture and interoperability requirements
- Knowledge of MBSE approaches
Responsibilities
- Assess feasibility through analysis, problem definition, and solution evaluation.
- Document and demonstrate solutions using diagrams, code, and documentation.
- Improve operations by analyzing systems and recommending procedural changes.
- Conduct system architecture analysis, including feasibility studies and state-of-the-art assessments.
- Develop and document system architectures, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using traditional or MBSE approaches.
- Support all system engineering activities: requirements, design, verification, risk, interfaces, and configuration management.
- Develop and execute test plans and evaluate test results for acquisition support.

- Must be a US citizen
- Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret security clearance
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- 10 years of directly related experience with 5 years of experience in a DoD setting preferred
- Onsite work at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas required
