The Agent Cloud team is focused on delivering modern, high-scale, and inclusive front-end experiences for these platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Typescript, and related technologies with a track record of delivering high-performant, accessible, and scalable experiences in production.

- Design and build innovative, high-quality user experiences that are performant, accessible, and scalable.
- Develop and deliver reliable, secure, and efficient software solutions that enhance the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our services—with a strong focus on rapid iteration and high-quality execution.
- Drive features and projects from ideation through delivery, solving open-ended technical challenges with creativity, urgency, and ownership.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, working across time zones and geographies to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose and implement enhancements to architecture, processes, and product capabilities.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will require you to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
