Fiserv is looking to solve the problem of providing banking and financial institution services through the development of new software and enhancement of existing software on the Finxact Core as a Service platform.
Requirements
- Core Banking and/or Financial Services processes and software development experience
- RESTful services, Swagger, Json data interchange, and GIT
- Strong technical analysis, design, development, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Golang is a plus
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologies
- Knowledge of financial services software and programming best-practices
- Experience with software application design and development for Information Technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, interface development, and/or CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Work with business analysts, engineers, and other system users to understand and implement their application requirements
- Have the opportunity to work with partners to understand their implementations and gain a breadth of knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologies
- Provide quality software, improve test coverage and the overall quality of the systems
- Provide leadership to other developers on the team and assist them in designing solutions, understanding the principles of financial services software and programming best-practices
- Create new software and enhance existing software to provide banking and financial institution services
- Work in an application design and development leadership role on the Finxact Core as a Service platform
- Analyze and interpret data, as well as discuss business and technical topics
Other
- 5+ years of hands-on financial industry experience
- Development lead and/or team supervisory experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Ability to execute on time-sensitive project deliverables
- Minimal travel (<5%) for occasional team meetings
