Responsibilities
- Design and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to address internal challenges, iterating toward MVPs using user feedback
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to lead technical strategy and architecture decisions across innovation projects
- Apply top-tier engineering practices: write clean code, perform rigorous testing, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure complete documentation
- Research emerging technologies, frameworks, and patterns, developing business cases for their adoption
- Contribute across the stack-DBs, APIs, UI/UX-primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Participate in ideation, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders
- Foster a culture of experimentation, quality, and collaboration on the Innovation Team
