Requirements
- Familiar with production quality development
- Experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with large scale distributed systems development
- Experience with machine learning
- Experience with Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs), Large Language Models (LLM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with state-of-the-art Azure technology
- Experience with cloud-scale solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts and discussions for the architecture of aspects of products/solutions
- Independently creates and mentors others for a clear and articulated plan for testing and assuring the quality of solutions
- Defines success for outcomes of tests
- Leads identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform
- Collaborate effectively with various partner teams, including UX designers, product owners, data scientists, and other engineering teams
- Translate requirements into well-implemented, high-quality code that ensures customer success at cloud scale

Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 4+ years technical engineering experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
- Good collaboration skills working with teams
