Microsoft is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the platform for bing.ads and provide ads service to global partners, shaping the future of the bing.ads platform and customer-facing product in the rapidly growing online advertising market.

Requirements

• coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java
• At least 1+ year of DRI/Oncall experience
• Proficient technical design, problem solving and debugging skills is assumed
• 2+ years of professional, working proficiency in C++
• High QPS system design and implementation experience
• Solid problem solving and coding ability

Responsibilities

• build the platform for bing.ads and provide ads service to global partners
• Work on high QPS low latency online platform for ads engine
• processing logs to analyze the performance and improvement

Other

• Self-driven ability to collaborate with various partner to deliver complex features
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience
• Independent experience to drive a feature to completion
