Requirements
- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Java
- A proven track-record of designing and building software by leveraging modern architectural patterns and leading development practices.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and version control (Git)
- Experience working in cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile development workflows
- A strong foundation with automated testing such as unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Familiarity with AI Large Language Models, MCP tooling, and RAG.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable software for our web-based SaaS platform
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-focused features
- Work across the stack (frontend, backend, and integrations), depending on your strengths
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical strategy
- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and best practices
Other
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment
- Comfort with mentoring junior developers through technical growth, process improvement, and code reviews
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in sales technology, CRM, or sales enablement tools.
