Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Applications Team is building the next generation of their Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel applications running on Azure, which will integrate Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high-value, complete, and predictive application scenarios across all devices and form factors for large-scale 24x7 business SaaS applications.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- design and implementation of enterprise-scale services or distributed systems
- customers success, zero trust security and compliance
- Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with deployment, managed and scaling of containerized applications using AKS, Service fabric, AWS etc
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions
- Experience with building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

- Work with Product Managers, Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint
- Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes
- Author internal tools that improve the teams’ quality and productivity

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
