Bootstrap and build a US engineering team to develop AI-powered cybersecurity platforms, architect and implement core platform capabilities, and establish engineering excellence standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of building production systems
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience building reliable backend services
- Experience with Go or Rust is highly desirable
- Strong system design skills and ability to make architectural decisions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience integrating ML models into production
- Full-stack capabilities including modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Architect core platform components with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Implement AI/ML model integrations into production systems
- Contribute to frontend development and user experience improvements as needed
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes for the growing US team
- Write clean, well-tested, and documented code that serves as the foundation for our platform

- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions and development roadmaps
- Mentor future team members and help build a strong engineering culture
- Partner with our Korean engineering team during the transition period to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with evolving requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
