Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, to implement, update, and maintain C2BMC Automation pipeline and provide automated C2BMC scenario execution capability without operator in the loop.
Requirements
- Experience writing clear, concise system installation and configuration instructions
- Must have experience with Linux Command Line
- Experience integrating applications on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
- Experience with Information Assurance policies and procedures
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell/Bash/Korn (developing, debugging and maintaining)
- IAT Level II certification
- Experience with VMWare, Agile and DevOps methodologies and automated test tools
- Ability to read and troubleshoot application source code
Responsibilities
- Implementing, updating and maintaining C2BMC Automation pipeline to allow automated C2BMC scenario execution capability without operator in the loop
- Installing and configuring Linux and Windows hardware platforms from the operating system up to the developed applications

- Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Must be able to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
