Requirements
- Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models (e.g. GPT, VAE, GANs) with strong understanding of deep learning techniques
- Proficient in modern development languages with extensive experience working with Machine Learning and NLP processing techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to building scalable, robust, and secure AI agents
- Deep expertise in Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/4, and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Automate and custom connectors for integrating Copilot Studio agents with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources
- Strong understanding of natural language understanding and dynamic conversational flows
- Experience with designing, orchestrating and integrating sophisticated AI agents using Machine Learning and NLP processing techniques and tools
Responsibilities
- Agentic Prompt Engineering: Engineer prompts and optimize few-shot techniques to define and enhance the autonomous behavior, decision-making capabilities, and goal-oriented interactions of large language model-powered agents within Copilot Studio.
- Intelligent Agent Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate and fine-tune agentic LLM behaviors (zero-shot and few-shot capabilities) and conversational flows, ensuring robust task generalization, exploring explainability for transparent agent actions, and ensuring seamless integration and performance within interactive Copilot Studio applications and enterprise workflows
- Agent Dialogue & Action Quality: Collaborate closely with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLMs' pre-trained potential and Copilot Studio's action invocation capabilities.
