Microsoft's AI Ads Online Serving Infrastructure team needs to build and provide an ads service for bing.ads to global partners, requiring a platform to handle this scale and complexity.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java.
- At least 1+ year of DRI/Oncall experience.
- Proficient technical design, problem solving and debugging skills is assumed.
- 2+ years of professional, working proficiency in C++.
- High QPS system design and implementation experience.
Responsibilities
- Work on high QPS low latency online platform for ads engine; processing logs to analyze the performance and improvement.

- Solid problem solving and coding ability.
- Self-driven ability to collaborate with various partner to deliver complex features.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java. OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java OR equivalent experience.
- Independent experience to drive a feature to completion.
