Requirements
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies, including but not limited to React, TypeScript, and related frameworks, with a track record of delivering high-performance, accessible, and scalable user experiences in production environments.

- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose and implement enhancements to architecture, processes, and product capabilities.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position requires passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, AI-powered interactions that span multiple products and user scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, working across time zones and geographies to deliver cohesive solutions.
