Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with a focus on software engineering.
- Ability to architect and build a scalable, modular, and secure platform from the ground up
- Integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Supplier Data Hub, Supplier Ninja, external risk providers, and internal scorecards) through APIs and data pipelines
- Drive key design decisions for complex capabilities, including: Supplier profile consolidation and enrichment, Dynamic qualification workflows, Performance and risk scoring models, Real-time dashboards and actionable insights
- Partner closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is enterprise-grade, secure, and maintainable
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a growing engineering team as we scale
