Requirements
- Production-grade software development experience in Python
- Experience leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data through queries
- Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets
- Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience presenting data analysis results to customers
- Experience interacting with stakeholders to elicit requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead a project from inception to delivery, including problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack data analysis applications
- Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions
- Navigate customer data types to identify and extract relevant information
- Collaborate with other software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend pathways for fixes
- Overcome inevitable obstacles
Other
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 12 years of experience in software development
- U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible).
