CarMax is looking to modernize its Intelligent Document Processing systems to create iconic customer and associate experiences, and build Document Center solutions to create best-in-class developer experiences in bringing business and platform capabilities to market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application development experience required.
- 5+ years of experience with the .NET Core/C-Sharp/ Microsoft Azure offerings
- Knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience with HTML / CSS
- GIT experience.
Responsibilities
- Customize the Document prep flows and enhance both customer and associate experience and standardize the pre-appointment document upload, review and verify processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life.
- Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.
- Consulting users, carrying out experiments, tackling complex business problems and implementing new products.
- Balance customer and CarMax associate needs with business goals and know how to deliver technical solutions that enhance business value.
